On the 9th of August 2019, Tjipo released his long anticipated mixtape “Okwamanje”. After dropping the tape, Tjipo posted on his social media accounts saying “This tape is dedicated to every fan, friend, fam, colleague and everyone who loves my music and interested in getting a glimpse of what i can paint in your imagination with my words”. As the title suggests, “Okwamanje” which translates to “For Now”, the mixtape is meant to give us a glimpse of Tjipo’s lyrical prowess and musicality for the time being while we wait for an album.
